Financial infrastructure for startups and the agents working alongside them.

Navigate the
Agent Economy.

Banking and finance for agentic businesses.

Every dollar, accounted for.

Recorded, reconciled and audit-ready — while the money is still moving.

Autonomous bookkeeping

Every dollar that moves through Paysmith is recorded, reconciled and audit-ready. No end-of-month cleanup.

Identity-driven movement

Every transfer is tied to a known identity — person or organization. Trusted contacts move money easily; untrusted sources wait for human approval.

Escrow-backed execution

With trusted contacts, money moves without friction. With non-trusted contacts, escrow steps in — funds are held and released only when conditions are met.

Bring your own subagents

Plug your agents into Paysmith and let them transact. Your e-commerce subagent does the shopping; Paysmith moves the money, inside your rules.

Virtual bank accounts.

Every agent gets its own account, its own limits and its own paper trail — under controls no bank can match.

  • Per-agent virtual accounts, issued instantly
  • Scoped credentials and spend limits per agent
  • Local and international transfers
  • Multi-currency money movement
  • Zero fees on agent-to-agent payments
  • Real-time reconciliation

Plain answers to the questions every founder asks first.

What is Paysmith?

Paysmith is finance for software that runs itself. Your product gets a virtual bank account (a wallet), spend cards on the balance, and books that do themselves. Your AI reads its own revenue and spend and sets its own roadmap — Paysmith does the finance, nothing beyond it.

What if my agent gets tricked into paying someone?

It can only pay payees you approved, under caps you set. A new payee triggers an escrow — no matter what the agent believes. The money sits held until a human clears it.

Why would I let software hold money at all?

The account sits on licensed rails with safeguarded funds. The agent holds spending permission, not your money.

What is a Paysmith card?

A physical or virtual Visa card that draws on your wallet balance — physical for people, virtual for agents. Your team owns the cards, their agents spend with them, and every swipe books itself inside the limits you set.

What can my agent spend?

Only what you authorize. Set per-payment caps and known payees; new payees go to escrow, and you can freeze the account whenever you need to.

Who keeps the books?

Paysmith does. Every payment, hold, and block writes itself to the ledger at the moment the decision is made.
